Katelyn's dress pattern is the Simplicity version of Mrs. Chancey's (Sensibility.com) Regency gown pattern. She bought it when patterns were on sale for $1.00 apiece at JoAnn's. :o The headband she's wearing is actually just a piece of blanket binding -- kind-of like extra wide bias tape? Her hair is naturally wavy; she just gelled it and scrunched it and hair-sprayed it while it was still wet from the shower. *Turns green with envy for curly-haired people* :lol: After that, she just twisted it up into a loose up-do and secured it with hair-pins or tiny jaw-clips -- I'm not sure which. It does look lovely, doesn't it? And with that naturally wavy hair, there are no nasty curlers to sleep on... :D Hi, Samantha!
